About Me
Life can feel like a bit of an obstacle course at times. Dealing with the challenges that we face can be daunting and a little overwhelming, no matter how strong we think we might be!
My name is Clair Cusack and I offer a unique holistic approach to improving and maintaining your personal wellbeing.
I love using my skills, life experience and personal passions to help you overcome the barriers that life sometimes presents.
As a Health and Wellbeing Coach for the NHS, I’m well equipped to guide my clients with compassion and care as they move towards their own bespoke targets.
I offer a wealth of therapy experience, designed to empower you as you make the life changes that matter to you.
Of course, mind and body don’t operate in isolation, so my clients can also benefit from my own personal passion for outdoor life. If I’m not cold water swimming in my lake or chilling in my Cold Pod in the garden, I’m cycling, running or using my skills as a Nordic Walking Instructor to enjoy the beauty and challenges of the great outdoors.
The mountains also have a special place in my heart – for me they symbolise the freedom that hiking, mountaineering and climbing brings.
My loyal companion Bella often joins me on my adventures, she loves the outdoors as much as I do!
Whatever the challenge that lies before you, from weight loss to marathon running, from physical rehabilitation to achievable exercise regimes, my distinctive blend of holistic therapy treatments offer a fun, rewarding and sustainable solution for all.
